Anna Ainsworth has joined NSP as our new Service & Maintenance Manager. Anna will lead the Service & Maintenance department, overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our advanced smoke control and ventilation systems for customers.
This is a newly created role and is a strategic move driven by rapid growth and will be vital to expanding and enhancing this crucial area of our business. Her responsibilities include creating structure, implementing new processes, and driving business development. Anna will support our existing customers with NSP systems and also collaborate with clients who have other systems installed.
With extensive experience in the HVAC and service industry, Anna is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Her background includes business-to-business experience within the ventilation industry, making her an ideal fit for NSP. Described as dynamic, process-driven, committed, and friendly, Anna is excited to leverage her skills and previous experience in this new role.
Anna’s career includes significant roles at Swegon Air Management and Ruskin Air Management. Her proven track record and dedication to excellence made her an obvious choice for NSP.
