NSP appoints new Head of Operations to support significant growth

NSP welcomes Ginny Williamson in newly created role

Ginny Williamson has joined NSP as Head of Operations, a newly created position that reflects NSP’s rapid growth over the past six months and will play a vital role in the business’s continued success over the next three to five years.

She joins the business with a proven track record of effective leadership and operational excellence, bringing a wealth of experience from both small and large organisations across the smoke control and ventilation sector. Her expertise will significantly enhance NSP’s efforts to achieve its ambitious growth and integration goals within the TIS Group.

Reporting directly to NSP Managing Director, Lee Hewings, Ginny’s responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operational functions, supporting project management, design, service, and quality and compliance teams within NSP.

Lee Hewings, Managing Director, NSP, said:

"Ginny's extensive leadership experience and wide-ranging skillset make her ideal to support the rapid growth we’ve experienced since becoming part of TIS Group last year. We’re bringing to the market new, fully integrated, automated fire detection, alert and smoke control systems for customers which, alongside our growing customer base and larger geographical footprint, mean this role has become essential. Ginny’s appointment allows us to navigate this exciting period with greater agility and strategic foresight and enables us to fulfil our mission of transforming NSP into the market leader in the smoke ventilation sector."

Ginny Williamson commented:

“This is the perfect moment to join NSP. It’s an exceptional business delivering advanced smoke control and ventilation solutions for high-rise buildings. It’s exciting to be at the forefront of delivering such highly compliant systems that are helping to drive up standards within the industry, ensuring better safety outcomes for customers.”
