Design, supply, installation and commissioning of the mechanical smoke extract systems to 3 blocks, providing a fire engineered solution to ventilate the communal lobbies and stairwells over 10 storeys.
Supply, design and commissioning of the window/shaft AOV system to the communal corridor areas. Installation of roof mounted ventilator units to the shaft at top of stairs as well as providing a mechanical carpark extract system utilising jet fans/extract fans and CO detectors.
