Quadrant presents a new build of luxury apartments in the centre of the city.
Work undertaken
Design, supply, installation and commissioning of the natural smoke extract system and mechanical carpark system to the 4 cores, providing a fire engineered solution to ventilate the communal lobbies and stairwells over 7 storeys.
Supply, design and commissioning of the window/shaft AOV system to the communal corridor areas. Installation of roof mounted ventilator units to the shaft at top of stairs as well as providing a mechanical carpark extract system utilising jet fans/extract fans and CO detectors.
