Project overview
Lombard Square introduces a brand new neighbourhood to Plumstead; South East London in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Architecturally, inspirations have been taken from mansions blocks which surrounds a beautifully landscaped garden designed around the four seasons.
This scheme will act as a catalyst for change in the area, bringing 17 acres of vacant and unwelcoming space back to life, opening up the area and creating new homes, employment opportunities and a thriving community asset for all to enjoy.
Work undertaken
NSP was appointed to carry out early-stage design works and legal product guidance / selection – inclusive of CFD modelling.
NSP completed FUMO design works on 8No. Mechanical push/pull blocks with over 151No. Damper locations and 16No. Main Extract fan units located at roof level – alongside a specific comfort ventilation strategy.
NSP has used a bespoke multi zone control system approach to push/pull ventilation with comfort controls for this site.
